Most likely they wouldn't sell it. When cars are donated to schools and etc. they no longer have titles they get a certificate of destruction.
When I was in school we used to get brand new cars from dealers with like 8 miles and etc. and they always had like a stupid dent from transport but in Florida if a dealer needs to repair a car before it is sold they must sell it as a used car so what they would do is donate them as a tax right off and the dealer could write off the full sale value of the car.
Honda used to donate cars also for the Honda P.A.C.T. program and those always hurt the most. Brand new Hondas and Acura to take apart, work on, learn, and then you had to complete cut them up and ship them back to the factory in a crate so they can insure it was destroyed.
What hurt me the most in my years there was destroying a brand spankin new 1995 Legend Coupe 6-Speed (gray on gray) and a 1995 NSX-T (white on tan). Not that we didn't dog them out before destroying them but still man, that hurts.
