As always, tuning is the key. My suggestion would be to look into getting a new Intake Mani, one that will flow more air than your stock unit. Now the gs-r mani isn't bad, but there is better out there. I would also put some serious consideration into some good performance cams, cam gears obviously too. Finally, a good engine management + some fuel system upgrades will make the most of your setup. Just my $.02...

One final thought...If you are planning on putting down this kind of power...you might want to look into a performace clutch setup...
