Why bother? Bigger fronts or better pads/rotors will make you stop better. Drums versus disks stock for stock, you won't see much difference in stopping power. Only good thing about disks in the bck is that you can throw bigger rotors on there.
I don't know I've ridden in cars with and without rear disc and I think the rear disc not only look better but also perform better. But thats just my opinion.
