What are your intentions for the car? i.e. daily driver, autox, drag racing, etc. ?

If you are not doing any sort of autox / road racing then save money and just get some Tokico HP (Blues) and some good springs (Neuspeed, H&R's, progress auto, whatever your preference)

You will save a but load of money and it will handle very well. It can always get better with the addition of some other suspension components but this will give you a good start and can be acquired for well under $500 which is about what you will pay for the cheapest coilovers. Cheap coilovers = garbage. Expensive coilovers = good product and functionality but is it functionality that you'll need or use is the question you must ask yourself.

As for tires, I prefer Yokahama A520's... good stiff/square sidewall and good contact patch.
