All performance sway bars will come with end links, poly bushings, & brackets.

A rear sway bar is the most effective bar you can add or upgrade. I also have the ST kit for my civic - rear is adjustable! I dont use the ST front sway, way too much oversteer - just the stock sway with poly bushings. It depends how you want your car to feel - Rear sway = oversteer // Front sway = understeer. Keep in mind they wont be fully effective with stock tires,springs, shocks. I recommend using at least a lower tie bar with upgraded rear sway.

Sway bars basically reduce the suspension travel during cornering and that means less body roll.
