You should be ok as long as you put snow tires on. Your best bet, if you decide to keep the s2000, would probably be to spend $500 from the sale of the RSX to buy an extra set of wheels to put snow tires on. You figure by the time you pay $150/season to switch between the snows and regular tires, you'll pay for them in a few years anyway.
