I'm buying a 1998 GS or GS-R this weekend, but i'm not sure which type it is. What is the easiest way to find this out? Does the owners manual say? Havent taken a look at it yet so i'm not too sure, and the previous owner Removed the all the writing off of it so i cant tell that way either. Any info would be appreciated.

So far all i know is its 1.8litre DOHC for the engine if that makes any difference at all.
