The goal is not to break it Torch the nut till its red hot then try to get the bolt out using a wrench. Once it breaks free you'll know if you need to cut it out or not. It will either break free from the nut or snap. You will be able to tell. It takes alot of elbow grease to get it out even after it breaks free. Good luck!
