when i did mine i ended up having to torch some of th bolts and even had to cut a few off, so hopefully you can break them loose, if not give em some heat, that usually works

edit: i just backed my car up on the ramps that i have, alot easier than jacking it up and i still managed to get the exhaust hooked up fine i figure i saved some time doin it that way, dont forget to install gaskets and put antisease on the bolts before you tighten them down it will save you time and stuck bolts if you decide to take it off for some reason:thumbup:
