theres a fuse in the fuse box udner the hood that says ignition switch...its a 50 amp fuse that required to 2 screws to pull out....it was still on after I pulled it out.....

but the problem fixed itself after i drove around my car....i think there was just moisture in a relay or something and after it dried up the problem went away....
