It has a different crank and rods, so it displaces less then the B18C the block was designed for.

(In Verb case)

Stroke: to make the stroke longer to displace more, ie the piston travels farther up and down.
de-Stroke:to make the stroke shorter to displace less, ie the piston travels less up and down.
Bore: to make the cylinder diameter wider to displace more.

There is no opposite of Bore, you can't make the tube smaller (short of resleeving.)
