serioiusly, though, around 1200-1500 works well for smooth starts. Also find the "grab point" or "stall point" on your clutch so you can let off to that point before you even touch the gas, and just gently apply gas & release clutch, and voila! The car will go smooth and gentle...
Making the car move up to speed, WITHOUT pressing the accelerator pedal, only clutch...like I do. :fawk:
