1. Wash Car with Car Soap - Once A Week
2. Dry Car - Dry with Terry or Microfiber Towels - Once A Week
*Claybar - If you've never done this, I reccomend it. Clay Magic Claybar - $10.00 at Autozone. - Once A Year, or Twice depending on if the surface feels rough (Put your hand in a plastic bag and rub it over the surface)
* Swirl Remove - If you have swirls, I reccomend removing them. A buffer/polisher would work but you can do it by hand also. S100 Shine Enhancing Cleanser - Available at bike shops, or online. 3M Swirl Remover - Pep Boys should have it or online, Meguiars #9 Swirl Remover - Online, Detailing shop. - (Two, Three times a year. Depending when the car's swirled)
3. Glaze/Minor Polish - Meguairs # 7 Show Car Glaze - Autozone, Discount Auto Parts. Don't have to do this, but it really helps. (Once a month, or once every three months. All up to you. I usually do this once a month)
4. Wax - Don't need a buffer. S100 Paste Wax or P21s Paste Wax - Bike shops, or online. Best caranuba and easiest wax to use. Apply with pad, and remove with Microfiber towel. Meguiars # 26 High-Tech Yellow Liquid Wax - Discount Auto Parts, Autozone. Apply with terry towel, and remove with terry towel, or microfiber. (Caranuba waxes don't last as long as synthetics. They will last a good month and a half until two months or a little more. I usually wax every 2 weeks or so for some reason though since it's so easy)

My Routine - Wash Week One, Wash, Wax Week Two, Wash Week Three, Wash, Glaze, Wax Week Four.

Hope I helped somewhat.
