You can run the tweets off ur deck alone, but they arent gonna sound as good as they would if powered by an amp. I learned this the hard way and ended up blowing some Fosgate 1" tweets in my ef sedan before I got my amp:angry: I just couldn't wait. So do it right, get an amp first, then do the install.
