I've done this before....

the answer should be....


your front springs are on the rear, and your rear springs are on the front....

the front springs need to handle more weight because of the engine, while the rear don't need to handle as much... which explains why your front is super dumped (rear springs being compressed more than normal because of the weight of the motor) and the rear is super high (front springs not being compressed enough without the weight of the motor).....
