that first pic is a headgasket. second is a valve cover. i bought mine for 20$ from checker auto parts.

you need to purchase a valve cover gasket from honda or local auto parts store. it is 4 small circular rubber seals which go on the 4 spark plug holes on the bottom of your valve cover, and one large seal which fits into the groove on the bottom of your valve cover. good luck, its an easy fix.
