don't need to be torqued...simple bolt on job...take the bolts off...put the bar on...put bolts back on...tighten it all up...if u got trouble taking em off go to a shop w/ power tools and ask to borrow some or see if they can loosen them for u...thas what i had to do for the front
I did mine and it fit perfectly.
Took about 15 minutes.
