What are your targeted phrases and keywords that people would use to find you? For instance if it's "Automotive Decals" make your title tag "Automotive Decals - Custom Automotive Designs"

Kill the ".::" in your title tag and add lots of keyword rich text to your homepage with links to other pages using your keywords.

Get other sites to link to you using text links with your keywords. Keyword/Description tags can't hurt.

Aside from the simple things wait untill it's index by the engines and try to get your links on some big sites. Also make sure your not a dead end site (links coming in but not going out)
