Default Integra Power Steering Fluid Flush

I have a 1997 Integra and have been changing fluids while I have the time. Aleady have done everything except the power steering.
I did a search and didn't really find any helpful info. I know I am supposed to disconnect one of the hoses and drain while pouring the new stuff in then turn the wheel back and forth while on jacks.
My question is which exact hose am I supposed to disconnect and which end should I be using. Pics would be great but descriptions would also be helpful (e.g. hose connected to the pump from the reservoir, disconnect from the reservoir end...hose connected to the aluminum tube. disconnect from the aluminum cooling? tube end...etc)
I hate asking but I've had problems buying the helm manual, www.helminc.com has had it unavailable for months. Thanks in advanced.
