Reading this, I've got a question for everyone that's 4th gen savvy... I've got a fourth gen, that I've ASSUMED was a 92 EX-R (or in the states just EX of course)... but my car does have the 6-spoke alloys. Given what they'd be worth to replace new (~$400 last I checked) I haven't upgraded... But I assume they're OE from when the car was originally purchased. Does that mean that there's a possibilty the car might actually be a 93 model year? based on the VIN and what I know about honda's VIN codes the car was manufactured in early 92...
Call your local Honda House and give them the VIN. They should be able to tell you within a matter of seconds what year your car is.
I don't know what the conversion rate between CDN and USD is, but as far as a new OE replacement 6 spoke wheel, the local Honda dealership carries them for $188 USD new. Salvage yards should let one go for somewhere around $65 give or take a few.
