Well I just took it over to a friends to use his set of tools and was able to break em free just fine. Took some leverage but it came free.

I removed the gas cap like suggested and didn't have any spilling/squirting.

I picked up a Purolator... got it for $10.

The responce of the car is a little more noticeable and it doesn't seem like it's surging up in RPM's like it was before. I thought it was my tranny but I took it to a specialist and he said the tranny is fine. Maybe next is a good fuel system cleaner or something
