Ok, so.... advantages of header pipes over exhaust manifold??? Seems like a waste of money. I understand that they both bolt up to the exhaust ports of the motor, but can you really use the terms interchangeably? I thought that there was a distinct difference between the 2. In particular, 4 seperate pipes compared to one cast iron collector.
