I had a problem with a plug wire and fixed it and now when I start my 94 accord ex the chk engine light comes on....I can stop and restart the car and it won't come back on???

This only happens after the car has been sitting for an extended period of time and never did it before I repaired the plug wire???

The car is running just fine but I am confused??

Anyone have any ideas???
