Than I want your wax- pick up How to Build Honda Horsepower. The entire book is nothing but actual chassis dyno tests on Honda/Acura parts -intakes, gears, throttle bodies, etc. They saw 4 horsepower at the wheels just switching to synthetic. Obviously they can't test it on a dyno, but I saw at least 2 mpg increase in town and 4 mpg increase highway. You DO notice a difference in how the entire feels. It is smoother. And if you live where it is really hot or really cold, your an idiot if you don't run at least a synthetic blend. When I had a turbo Mustang my oil temp was always cooler and more stable. I could sit and idle longer without the creep.
