monday through friday:
6:30 wake up
7:00-8:00 cardio
8:00-8:30 protien shake,shower and get dressed
8:30-9:00 drive to work
9:00-5:00 work
5:00-5:30 drive homefromwork
6:00 lift weights
7:00 do homework and have dinner, then relax.
