I learned in a basic electrical engineering class that voltage=current x resistance. I don't think anything you add to a circuit can reduce resistance, so then to increase the voltage (item claims to be a voltage booster), it must somehow reduce the current.

I also learned that power = voltage x current. So I'm thinking, if you reduce the current to increase the voltage, the power isn't going to change.

Can someone tell me how this thing is supposed to make your headlights brighter?? :thinking:
