I swapped from the CX engine to the z6...if you can find one for a really decent price, I'd say go for it. The only extra things you'll need would be wiring for VTEC and for the 4 wire o2 sensor. You can use your CX tranny...but...you don't wanna. It'll still be doggy as hell. BUT, get yourself an Si tranny and a lightened flywheel...in that light of a chassis...it's pretty damn decent. As for the tubo...I know jack shizzle about turbos, but I know it can be done, (anyone correct me) albeit on stock internals you probably cant run much more than ~6 pounds. Another option would be to find pistons from another Honda engine...say a ZC, and swap those in, raising your compression a few notches which should produce some decent gains also. (I know there's more to it than simply changing out the pistons, but I can't remember what) Anyway, that's my $0.02.
