I have a coupe (EX) and the disc brake set-up found on the stock Accord is very weak and almost a bother. The rear pads typically only last 25-40k and you can easily get more life from the drum set-up.

If you have drums and your car is a daily driver I'd just keep the set-up stock. My wife's Spyder has rear drums. I simply scuff down and paint the drum with high temp flat black paint every spring, looks good all year.
