Don't buy an LS/GS/RS/SE and plan on swapping in a B18c1. That will cost thousands more than just buying a GSR.

I have a '94 LS, and it has power windows, power locks. But no sunroof or leather. The RS version is the stripped down one available with no power options, but that doesn't sound like what you're looking for.

Insurance would probably be a bitch for a GSR for a 17 yr. old. I bought my LS when I was 19 (with 2 tickets and an accident on my record) and I initially paid over $120 a month for full coverage with a $500 deductible. My rates have since gone down significantly since I've had no tichets in the last 2 years, but it's still more expensive than most of my friend's cars.
