you might be a little confused. A turbo car can be very fast on an open road course, but they suck for autocross (a lot tighter than a road course). In an autocross you never really have an opportunity to lay on the gas for more than a second or two, so in a turbo car, lag is a killer.

That scenario, the N/A car would definitely whoop up.... On a more open course (like a road course with wider turns and bigger straights) it would be a totally different story.
