If it is the tie rod that connects to the steering. This is what you can do. Honda doesn't sell just the boot, you have to buy the whole tie rod assembly. Since it is making noise you sould replace the assembly anyway. Measure the distance between the locknut on the inter tierod and the end of the tie rod, write it down. Next loosen the locknut. Then disconnect the tie rod from the hub assembly, being careful unscrew the tie rod. Now, the tie rod end should be pointing down, unscrew it from the steering rack and count how many turns it is before it is disconnected. When you reassemble screw the new tie rod in the same count as you did taking it out and use the measurement to double check. This will be a good temp alignment so you can drive until a professional alignment is done.
