take out 2 screws on the top of inside of the cluster. Then grab the black outer part (not the cluster itself) and yank. If you look where the screws were and move your hands back a little bit, you can get your fingers underneath and get a better pulling position. It's held in by two clips that might take some force to take out.

there is then 4 screws holding the cluster in, take those out. What i usually do here is angle the top of the cluster forward while pushing the bottom of the cluster inward. This gives you enough room to take out the 3 big green wire harnesses in the back. Then you take out the cluster, and unbolt the screws holding the clear plastic piece on. Take out old bezel, put new one in
