Default plz help...turbo gsr ?'s

i am having some problems and would like some help. i have a gsr turbo and it overheats in traffic with the a/c on. will it be solved with a upgraded radiator? also...this is my setup, what else do i need to ensure longevity?

Engine:
Top end rebuilt
JE 9:1 pistons.
Block gard.
HKS head gasket.
“Vortech” Boost-Dependent Fuel Pressure Regulator (chrome).
Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator (chrome).
Hi-pressure Fuel Pump.
“ARP” Engine Studs.
MSD 6AL (red).
MSD Blaster Coil (red).
MSD wires (red).
Aftermarket engine mount inserts in all 5 engine mounts.
Aftermarket high-flow Radiator Fan.
Coolant additive lowering coolant temp 5 degrees.


Forced-induction system:
“F-Max” Turbo Kit prefabricated for Acura Integra B18C1 engine.
T3/4 Turbonetics with internal wastegate preset at 7psi.
Front-mounted Intrecooler.
HKS Blowoff valve.
MF-2 Three-Dimensional Fuel Injector Controller.
“Turbosmart” boost controller with toggle switch in cockpit enabling boost up to 14psi.
“Iceman” cold-air intake system (intake in lower right wheelwell).
K&N Air filter.
Exhaust manifold and downpipe insulation-wrapped.

Transmission:
Quaife Limited Slip Differential.
“ACT” pressure plate (street model).
Metallic clutch disc.

Exhaust:
AEM exhaust cam sprocket retarded 3 degrees.
2 ˝ “ exhaust aft of downpipe.
2 ˝ “ direct-flow muffler.
Chrome muffler tip.

Engine Monitoring System:
Triple Gauge mount (matches interior)
“Auto-Meter” gauges – black face, white numbers
EGT
Boost
Air-Fuel Ratio
