I can't give you a precise number off the top of my head, but those CAT D9 (I think that's the model) front end loaders and the CAT dumptrucks use the diesel motor to run a generator to power the electric motors at each wheel.

And if they're getting 4 mpg out of them in operation, you can guesstimate torque at the wheels would be in the tens, if not hundreds of thousands of foot-pounds....:shocked:
