your camber kit will only correct camber. there are two other factors in suspension alignment. caster and toe. after installing your camber kit, your toe in/out is probably way off spec. thus why the car is going all over the place. the other factor of rubbing is that your tires are now straight up and down and not tucked in from the top. the bigger wheel/tire will now rub against the fenderlining and or splashguards.
