Remove the headlights and flush out with distilled water. Allow light to completely dry before installing light bulbs again. You may want to use a hair dryer for drying purposes. It is important to make sure that all water has been removed before reinstallation, otherwise, you'll have condensation forming on the inside of your housings.

Some people have been adventurous and dissassembled their headlights all together. Considering your lights are much bigger than other Honda headlights, that may not be your best option.
