wait a minute... how is it a "lightweight throttle pulley" if you have to leave the stock one on there? Wouldn't you actually be adding weight? ... I know it's a negligible amount of weight, but isn't that an even worse advertising paradox than "increased throttle response"?

Throttle response isn't how fast you can open the throttle plate, it's how fast your engine responds to opening the throttle plate. Your engine will respond to WOT in the same manner with EITHER pulley. This mod IS for looks. It does NOT add performance.
