This does not have to do with the question the the thread is about but I was wondering what is the best Rpm to shift at? I usally shift at about 3500-4000 Rpm but sometimes I take it as high as 4500-5000 Rpm. What will happen if I keep shifting like that? is it bad to shift at that Rpm?

I have a 99 Civic Ex 5-speed. The reason I am asking it hear is that I did not want to start a new thread when this thread was already talking about Rpm's so I decided to ask.
