It used to be about 50 cents cheaper. and finding a station that sells diesel. It sux to drive in the winter time. BUT thats jus me.
diesels have come a loooong way since then. car magazines are raving over the new BMW 5-series tdi: 3.0 with 215hp and 349lb-ft of tq @ 2000rpm. it rips in ANY gear. power is always on tap. its just as smooth/quiet as a gas motor and gets 30% better milage. its just as clean as the next car tooo
