the engine harness is OBD II, but everything else in the car is not. the engine harness plugs into the harness which goes into the car.
i'm not even sure if the engine mounts would line up. i believe the crx has a doughnut styled mount on the driver side and the d16y7 uses a different style. i'm sure that can be corrected, but then wiring will be a pain. unless you are very familiar with wiring, this is going to be a time consuming job. a better route is to look into using the HF engine harness and modify it.
