If you get suitable hose and take it to a hydraulic fitting shop, they can re-use the banjo fittings with new ferrals crimped on.
If you're going this far (and it's worth it), then just get them to make you a longer steel braided hose with new fittings. It's about the same cost. The gsr fuel line would fix it, but you could probably have one made faster than finding one.
