What kinda civic do you drive? If its a 5th or 6th gen, the 97 teg and the 94 ex will fit, although the ex's e-brake cables will only work if youve got a 4door.
and i can't imagine anything with the words EXTREME and FIREBALL in the name would be all that quiet. An apexi WS is a reasonably priced exhaust that probably fits your needs.
