KBB is pretty much an industry standard in determining a cars value.

Real world price depends on your area...sorry to say I am not familiar with it though. I would do a search through local papers and flyers to see what others have gotten in a private party sale for cars similar to yours. If there is a high demand you may get more...but for now figure on about seeing $3500.
