Cardio in the morning
owns me j00. I got up early and did an hour on the recumbant bike before I went to work this morning and I am loaded with energy. Usually I am tired as hell in the morning cause I am not a morning person and then I finally feel awake around 11 after being at work for a while and then by this time I am dragging until I get in my car and go home. I have been hauling ass all day and feel amazing. I think I will keep this routine up :thumbup:
