you can get the tool from snap on. it is a screw driver and socket all in one.

when adjusting valves you use the flat head screw driver to adjust the valves. The place you put the flat head screw driver to is in the middle of a bolt. The screw driver goes in the middle, and the socket goes around the outside. You have to hold the screw driver tight to keep the bolt from adjust even more when you are tightening up the bolt.

it's fairly easy on a gsr

just make sure you get angeled or bent feeler gauges, do not bend straight ones and use them.
