it might w/ the correct brackets, but i'm not sure if the stock calipers will bolt to the brackets for the bigger rotors...

but if they do, locating the caliper farther out does increase the brake torque a little bit... its the idea behind AEM's big brake kit, put it farther out, so there is more swept area. But you might as well pickup a set of loaded rebuilt calipers for around $100 off any honda/acura that uses 11" rotors. you get the brackets, pads, and rebuilt calipers.
