eh... "brakes don't think about locking up" actually isn't a good thing. it may mean your brakes now can't effectively stop the heavy wheels so you're not getting maximum braking potential. your car will actually take longer to stop.

if your brakes don't lock up that means you can't stop in an emergency. just cause you are putting more rubber on the ground doesn't mean you'll stop better if it has to stop a heavier wheel. the bigger heavier wheel carries more inertia, so it takes more force to stop it.
with my new tires 205 55 15 dunlop fm901s and my AEM pads and brembo blanks, i can lock up the brakes and not have the ABS kick on.
anyways with 18inch chromies on an accord you can't go fast nor do you want to cause otherwise you wouldn't have chromies, but just keep in mind when driving that you may not stop as good to keep yourself and others safe.
