Since I installed an AEM CAI I have noticed that my car will bog in first from a dead stop till about 3500 RPM. This is the only mod (performance wise) to my car at the moment and the bogging only seems to happen on very hot, very humid days. On cooler days I do not have this issue...I think it has to do with the hot air sitting in the CAI when the car is at rest and the motor is only idling and it goes away once the thicker air is flushed out. I could be wrong though.
Thats EXACTLY what happens to me, and thats also what i think it is. Heat soak. Because it holy happens on hot and/or humid days. Oh and Drumsy, I dont think hes talking about launching. Just starting off on first
