Either motor would require serious building to put out a lot of power. the H22 is a little better designed for lower boost levels (sub 8psi) because of its closed deck construction, but its generally considered a weak block at high load. the B-series isn't quite as reliable at low boost, as cylinder walls can crack with poor tuning (open deck = :ghey: ), but once sleeved, can handle just about anything you throw at it. Both motors have their advantages... as for which is ultimately capable of the most power... :dunno:
