I have gone through 4 PS2 consols they are cheaply made the laser would not read or boot the DVD games they are crap in the long run. All my friends have the same prob. with theirs also.
my first one broke too......i guess thats why so many ps2s are sold
but hey, the customers must love it to buy it more than once
